The Noyo app is a powerful, intuitive interface for managing all of your organization’s Noyo-powered enrollments across every carrier connection. Developers use the app to retrieve carrier-specific documentation, generate and manage API keys, review errors and response logs, get information about sandbox environments, and validate the results of test calls during implementation. Operations Specialists and Product Managers use the Noyo app to connect groups to Sync and Send carriers, perform ticket triage, and answer customer inquiries. They can look up coverage and demographic data, review data discrepancies, track enrollment changes, and take a deep dive into a group or employee’s enrollment history.

Accessing the Noyo App

Log in at app.noyo.com using the credentials you were given during implementation. If you used our legacy Noyo Dashboard, you can use the same credentials for the app.
